Ken Matheson worked in the hotel industry for 15 years with major U.S. chains and independents acquiring detailed knowledge of all operational areas. He has extensive experience in front and back of the house management, including General Manger and has worked with Marriott, Sheraton, Westin and independent luxury hotels and resorts in Washington DC, Florida, and Hawaii. Since 1990 Ken has focused on recruiting for upscale hotels and resorts throughout the U.S.
