About Michael Branch
Michael Branch started his career through the City & Guilds of London. During his military service he served as personal chef to Field Marshal the Viscount Montgomery. His experience includes the Ritz and Dorchester Hotels in London and the Baur-au-Lac in Zurich.
He spent several years with Sonesta Hotels, from Executive Chef to Food & Beverage Director and ultimately to Assistant VP in North America and the Bahamas. As General Manager he worked in Resorts in Virginia and North Carolina.
